Hi sorry for using english as it's the only language I know.
I was wondering with the release of DOSBox Pure with RetroArch if there is or could be plans to make a compiled release with all the extra mods/quests/bug fixes/patches to be easily launched through DOSBox Pure. It's very confusing for me to setup and you've made a great installation process that works for windows 10 making the game much more widely accessible to many people. Making a DOSBox Pure would make it even more accessible to Windows, Mac, Linux, and even Android systems, basically any system that can run RetroArch with DOSBox Pure.
I did notice that someone who has installed Daggerfall had a bit of trouble with Daggerfall needing to not be launched with C: drive. But apparently the fix is easy to apply by renaming [.ZIP] to [.D.ZIP] I'm just not good with understanding what all fixes to apply (or how to apply) to have your release work for DOSBox Pure. https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/58878-dosbox-pure-launchbox-retroarch/ This is a link to the said discussion about the issue someone was having.
DOSBox Pure is still underdevelopment, but it's coming along great and is already publicly released. I hope you'll consider making a pre-patched Daggerfall release for it Also it's okay to speak in the language you prefer, as I can have it auto translated, to get the gist of your replies, even if the translation isn't perfect or anything.

Hello,
I'm almost sure you will never read this very late answer, but your demand is interesting enough to push me to provide an answer six years later.
I bounce on this subject because I'm currently building version 3.2.0 of DaggerfallSetup and I was wondering if I would not replace DOSbox by DOSbox-X, a more recent fork of DOSbox 0.74-3 that is stopped since June 2019.
Your message makes me understand that there are many forks of DOSBox that were done since 2019, so why DOSBox-X and not DOSBox Pure or DOSBox Staging or any other fork? DaggerfallSetup is going to an end since Daggerfall Unity (DFU) exists, so it is too late to loose time with that. But I can still state one thing.
The main goal of DaggerfallSetup, apart from permiting to play this old game under Windows since DOS disappeared from our PCs, is also to build a Daggerfall that contain many fixes, enhancements and translation without the user to be obliged to search for those fixes or additional quest or translation and try to install all of them by themselves. So what I want to say is that you can still install Daggerfall and the fixes and translation that you want with DaggerfallSetup, and then replace DOSbox with another fork that you prefer. Just replace DOSbox 0.73-3 components by the components of your preferred DOSBox fork, and that will work.
